OUR CUSTOMER PANEL
Our Customer Panel is a group of people that participate in various forms of research.
The types of research we invite our panelists to participate in include online surveys, focus groups and “sensory” tests where the senses of taste, smell, touch, sound and sight are used to evaluate samples.
Sometimes tests will be held at a central location, panelists may be offered samples to try in the home, and other times panelists may be able to participate in research online.
Being part of our Customer Panel gives you the opportunity to help actively shape products for the future as well as try new, exciting and innovative products before they are released to the public domain.
How do I join the Customer Panel?
If you are 19 years of age or more and would like to join our Customer Panel please register using the online form.
What happens after I have registered?
When we have research to conduct we will contact you with details, including date, time and location of research and information on what the reward for the survey will be; cash, gift card, product etc. You may be asked to complete a screener so that we can assess your eligibility for specific tests.
Are all surveys/tests/research compensated?
Not all research involves compensation. Some simple 2-3 answer questionnaires, and screener questionnaires to assess eligibility for research are not compensated. Home use trials where product is kept by the panelist may, or may not, have additional compensation depending on the study. The panelist will always be made aware of any compensation before the research begins so that they can decide whether or not they wish to participate.
How will you use my personal information?
We use the information you give us to select and invite you to participate in research.
We will never give your personal information to anyone else including third parties.
